Love

Love is a curious emotion. At the best of times it can blind you, and yet at its worst consume you.
We love freely so many things, from a favourite team to a food, a game to a book, even a song. We love friends and family, we love our pets. It seems we love to love.

We suffer heartache and grief because of love, we endure love unrequited because it hurts not to love. We also feel passion as a result of love.

If you are told that someone loves you, do not mock them, or poke fun with friends behind them. The feeling of love is an emotion that comes from deep within and so often cannot be tamed.

Be open to receive love. There may be times when all you want is a little of it, but you find there is none to be had.

Love you everyone…..have a beautiful day.

  1. And there are so many different kinds of love. It seems unfair that the word should shoulder that much burden. “Caribou,” for example, only has one meaning, one designated part of speech.

I’m seriously considering tinkering with the word in my next series. I’d like to see how far I can push it.
